All automatic switches on the market are made of a single piece. Their sensor and electronics are submerged in the bilge. Over time, water enters and fails. They are expensive and cannot be repaired.

Our experience shows that the best option is to separate the processing unit from the sensor itself, thus achieving a much longer lifespan.

With a separate CPU installed higher up in a dry location, we ensure that water does not enter and stop it from working (although it has a two-year warranty and has no problems).
