• Is it complete for installation or is something missing?

  The equipment comes complete for installation and use; nothing else is needed.

• What warranty does it have?
  The device comes with a two-year warranty, with the option to extend coverage for another two years.
• Can they repair it if it breaks down after the warranty expires?
  We also have our own in-house technical service. For a flat fee of €60, we repair any of our products and extend the warranty for an additional two years.
• What does the warranty cover?

  The warranty covers the repair or replacement of the equipment. It does not include probes or shipping costs.

• Do I need a technician for installation?
  Installation is very simple; it's explained very well in the PDF manual. And if you have any questions, we'll answer them.
